About the Program

  • Established in 1999, competing in the instructional league. We now compete in Class B South. We have won 2 regional titles in 2003 & 2006.

  • Here are a few resources specifically for High School Parents:

  • Winter & Spring Weight Room Workouts

The Gorham Weight Room is managed by Coach Morrison from after Thanksgiving until the end of the school year. These workouts are open to any GHS Student. Please see the calendar for specific times and dates. A warm-up and general strength program is provided for all students to utilize.

Consistent effort in the weight room not only builds physical ability but also fosters discipline and commitment—qualities that extend far beyond the field. Take advantage of this chance to better yourself and prepare for the upcoming seasons!

  • Started up to help facilitate the creation of the High School Football program it is completely volunteer-run. The Gorham Youth Football Boosters and board help organize each season! For more, head to gorhamyouthfootball.com
